The price displayed to you before completing checkout is the applicable price for your order.

We may change prices for future orders at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

After placing your order, you will normally receive an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

A sales contract is formed when we accept your order, for example by confirming acceptance or beginning fulfilment of the order.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Gaza United does not normally store full payment card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times and available delivery methods are described on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, production, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Orders may be fulfilled internationally.

Where import duties, customs charges or similar charges may apply and cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, customers will be informed where required by applicable law that such charges may be payable.

We do not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after purchase.

Nothing in this section transfers a cost to the customer where applicable law requires that cost to be borne by the seller.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers who benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal, including consumers in the European Economic Area where applicable, generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The statutory withdrawal right is separate from your rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

Exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law, for example for products genuinely made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised.

A product is not automatically excluded from the statutory withdrawal right merely because it is produced after an order is placed.

17. Suspension or Termination of Website Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the website where a user materially breaches these Terms, acts unlawfully, commits fraud or threatens the security of the website.

Termination of website access does not affect rights or obligations arising from orders already concluded.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised update date.

Changes apply to future use and future orders and do not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already concluded unless required by law.
